# Archived: Jon Aceves's job survey

**Archived:** 2026-06-02
**Reason:** Jon paid (SS-013, $1,500, Aceves paint). Sam is **not** sending him the survey now — **may revisit later.**

## What this is

`survey.html` here is the real, working 7-question Jon survey moved out of `/jon/` so it isn't
surfaced. **Not deleted — fully recoverable.**

## How to restore

1. `git mv archive/jon-survey-2026-06-02/survey.html jon/survey.html`
2. Re-add the **Job Survey** tile to `jon/index.html` (the `<a class="tile flagship" href="/jon/survey.html?...">` block that was removed).
3. Re-add the sitemap line under the `/jon/` section.
4. Set `jon/jobs/aceves-paint-2026-05-11.json` `status` back to `ready-for-survey` (it was set to
   `paid` on archive so the hub stopped prompting for the survey).

## What was de-linked on archive

- `jon/index.html` — survey tile removed; welcome line trimmed; pending-survey callout no longer
  fires (job status set to `paid`).
- `jon/jobs/aceves-paint-2026-05-11.json` — status `ready-for-survey` → `paid`.
- `sitemap.html` — survey line removed from the `/jon/` section.
- `jon/survey.html` — replaced with a small "survey not active" stub so no link 404s. The real
  survey is here in this archive folder.

Jon's hub is otherwise **intact** — all other tiles (Property, Jobs, Billing, What's New, Message
Sam, Request a Feature, Contact) work unchanged.
