Photos, video and files do not work yet — and I would rather say so than let you lose
something. Text and links save properly right now. Attachments need object storage, which is not set
up: an R2 bucket on the Cloudflare account, bound to this project as DUMP_MEDIA,
plus a size cap and an upload handler. Roughly ten minutes of setup in the dashboard, then the upload path can
be finished. Until that exists, if you paste a photo here nothing will be stored.
How Sam picks it up. Anything dumped here shows on his hub as an unread count next time he
opens it. He can then point Claude Code or the planning chat at it by name or date, and act on it properly
instead of trying to remember what you said in passing.
