# CURRENT-STATE  (standing orient-fast file)

Purpose: one place a new session (planning chat OR Claude Code) reads FIRST to orient
without re-deriving. Keep it SHORT + current. Update the changed lines at the end of a
session; do not let it grow into a log (that's awareness-backlog.md).

- Bypass permission mode ON (deny rules rm/.env still hold). Website = propose-and-pause on prod deploy;
  substrate MAY push. deploy-log.json NEVER touched.
- 2026-07-08 sweep: 17 flagged links = all false positives (Worker routes/templates), planned pages
  (celtics/metal-3dp subdirs), or SAM-photos (pittsburgh). No new safe fixes. ar-collections orphan is
  intentional (sensitive, direct-URL). GM prep + Peter confirmed staged-ready.
