`index/personal-project/friends-meeting-prep-2026.md` hasn't moved in 17 days. Reframed as "founding-moment pitch + invitation" but content is thin (scaffolds for paths / skill-mapping / substrate-tour / leads exist; the founding-moment narrative does not).

**Recommendation:** 1-hour planning-chat working session **before this weekend** to draft the founding-moment narrative. Showing up unprepared is irreversible — you don't get a second founding moment.
