# Status Tracker — Sam's Bookmarked Phone Dashboard

## Why this exists (and why it's temporary)

Sam needs a single URL he bookmarks on his phone that shows current status across all projects, daily to-dos with progress percentages, risk vs reward analysis per item, and clickable links to project guides.

Proper solution is Home tab in the manage app (substrate personal/home-tab-design-spec-2026-05/) but that's a post-Pittsburgh build.

This static HTML is the bridge. Planning chat updates content as conditions change; Sam refreshes the page on his phone to see latest.

## Update workflow

When planning chat produces an updated status tracker:
1. Planning chat outputs new HTML to /mnt/user-data/outputs/status-tracker-YYYY-MM-DD.html
2. Sam downloads the file
3. Sam routes to Claude Code (or this prompt is re-used with updated date)
4. Claude Code overwrites personal/status-tracker/current.html
5. Claude Code copies the old version to snapshots/YYYY-MM-DD.html before overwriting
6. Cloudflare auto-deploys; Sam refreshes phone bookmark

## When this becomes obsolete

When Home tab Phase 1 ships in the manage app, status tracker substrate becomes legacy/historical reference. Snapshots stay for context; current.html stops being updated.

- 2026-05-11 v3: 8+8 medallion plan with cost/profit/sales analysis; color-coded Monday schedule; corrected day labels (Monday = today); Peter Scott appt time corrected. Prior baseline preserved at snapshots/2026-05-11-v1.html.
- 2026-05-11: morning-briefs/ subfolder established. Daily briefs land here. Sam can bookmark /personal/status-tracker/morning-briefs/ for browse access.
- 2026-05-11 09:55 AM: Current state briefing committed at 2026-05-11-current.md. Reflects corrections — Peter Scott moved to Tuesday, Jonathon name correction in progress, Win at school via bus (pickup 4:20 PM), waiting on Pirates v3.2 file from print chat.
