1. **Live "where you are" UI** — Calendar v3 + hub Now/Next panel give Sam a phone-glanceable view of "current event, next event, remaining items" that updates every 60s and on visibility change. Replaces the static brief-only flow.

2. **CC permissions silent** — auto-approve allowlist in `~/.claude/settings.json` confirmed working in this session (0 prompts across 30+ tool calls). Rules doc at `/handoff-blocks/cc-permissions-rules.md` for future reference.

3. **Brush-wrap workflow documented** — Aceves handoff captures the print-pause-paint workflow (plastic-wrap brushes during 5-min print swap runs) so it's a transferable technique, not tribal knowledge.
