Robo meeting (Wed 7/1) — WENT WELL: Dom wants Sam, structure TBD logged

~2.5 hrs with Dom (Robo CTO). Dom said he wants Sam to work for him — working out the "HOW" (structure/mechanism) later. Question is now STRUCTURE (W-2 vs contract via Same Solutions / timing / InfoServices?), not whether. Meeting David (David DiMeo per research), Robo co-founder, at some point this week. Prep: review company-research.html. Robo = connected-vehicle systems integration (CAN / ECU / embedded / cloud / OTA) for Winnebago Connect / Lincoln / Roush — squarely Sam's GM lane. SAM-FILL day/time once set.
Robo — John messaging them; email Dom 7/15 if no reply EOD 7/14

7/14: Sam talked to John Lubig late last week — John said he'd message Robo and Sam "doesn't need to worry." PLAN: if no reply from Robo by END OF DAY 7/14, Sam emails Dom directly tomorrow (7/15) to nudge the next step (structure + a David DiMeo meeting). ✅ Fridge — Bosch B36CT81ENS PURCHASED + IN PLACE; finish install bought

Current Whirlpool WRT311FZDW01 (33" / 20.5 cu ft). CONFIRMED 2026-07-07 (evaporator photo): DEFROST SYSTEM failure — ice block on one end of the coil blocked airflow → both sections warm. Compressor was OVERWORKED (fighting an iced coil), NOT failing; the earlier relay/compressor theory is ruled out — do NOT buy relay/capacitor. Temporary fix done (melted the ice w/ a hair dryer, drain clear) — but frost rebuilds in ~2-3 days, not permanent. Real fix: (A) shotgun the defrost thermostat + heater ~$40 = near-certain; (B) multimeter-test + replace the bad one (~$10-40); (C) limp along w/ manual defrosts. diagnostic page. This unit is now the GARAGE fridge (do the ~$40 defrost fix when convenient, no rush). NEW FRIDGE PURCHASED 7/8: Bosch B36CT81ENS (36" counter-depth French-door, 20.8 cu ft, internal ice+water) from Gilbert's, floor model ~$2,600. Installing: pull 2 upper cabinets, measure the opening (≥36"W/72"H + 1" airflow), run a water line; if it rode lying down, stand upright ~24h before power-on. Full specs + install: buying reference. SAM-FILL measured opening + water line + placement.

Buy marine bunk carpet (try Menards first, then Lowes / Attwood) + stainless staples. Then: finish stapling one bunk, carpet the other, and do the jet ski hoist bunks.
